I bought these because my sister has been using them for a few months now and her hair looks incredible. I just started mine a couple of weeks ago but I have seen what they can do so I am excited to see how they improve my hair. One thing I have noticed in this short time is less hair seems to fall out when I brush and/or wash my hair and it feels softer.

On average my hair grows about 1 inch a month and since starting these vitamins (almost done 4th bottle) my hair has already grown 5 inches! My hair doesn’t seem to be thicker but it does look healthier. I think maybe results are different for everyone but from what I read, most experience positive results. As others have said, it also does improve nails and skin too.

I have been using Karmin brand hair tools for years now so I was excited to see they came out with these hair vitamins. I tried hairfinity a couple years back but they made me breakout and it just wasn't worth it for me to keep taking them. I have been taking the Karmin Bio+ for 6 weeks now and my skin actually looks better and my hair is feeling soft and strong. I do not have as much fall out and will continue to take these and will come back and leave an updated review in another 6 weeks but just wanted to share now that if you tried other brands and they made your skin breakout, switch to these!

I am about half way through my second bottle and while I can say my hair feels softer and looks better I don’t think its grown much. I do like how it looks so I will continue to take them, maybe take a photo of before and see if over time I notice much length grow.

These hair vitamins do work and for both men and women. I bought 4 bottles, 2 for me and 2 for my husband and we have both noticed results. We are just about done our 2nd bottles now and I have to say, he has by far experienced better results so far. His hair feels thicker and softer and he has also said his scalp feels less itchy (was an ongoing issue for years) I have noticed some baby hairs growing in around my hairline so I am looking forward to seeing how the next couple of months go. I also noticed that my skin looks better than usual and that my nails are growing like crazy so that’s a great bonus. I would recommend this supplement, even of you have great hair and need help with your skin or nails, worth it!

I was experiencing hair loss due to high stress and poor health choices but after taking the time to get back on track I decided to give these a try to see of they would help my hair grow back any faster. It has been just over a month and I am starting to see a lot of new hair growing in so that is very exciting. I wouldn’t say my existing hair has changed much but perhaps over time? Either way, they seem to be helping so I will continue to take them.

These were actually recommended to me by my hairdresser, mainly for my scalp as I have been having issues for the past year where my scalp is dry, itchy and feels tight. This has also caused my hair to look dull and feel more coarse ten it used to.I tried many different topical products but she recommended I try something that works from within to help. Well, not only have these vitamins helped ease my symptoms but my hair has never looked or felt better! It has been growing faster than usual and I have less hair loss. I have also noticed my nails have been growing faster and stronger as well. I am now on my 3rd bottle, I started noticing results with my scalp quite quickly and after about a 45 days or so of use is when I noticed the change in my hair and nails.

I shaved the one side of my head about 6 months ago and quickly got over the ‘trend’ and was looking for anything to help grow my hair back faster. I started these and for the first week or so found my hair got oily fast but it then seemed to balance out. It has been about a month and half and the shaved side part has already grown an inch. I have also noticed less fall out which is a great bonus. I will continue to take these as I grow my hair out.

Perhaps it's just me as I have not seen anyone else say this in their review, but not only have these vitamins helped strengthen my hair but my nails are growing faster and stronger and my skin looks amazing too! I will take these forever!

Pros: hair is growing faster and coming in softer and shinier. Cons: Body hair also grows back faster. This will not stop me from taking them however as I am very happy with the results.

I actually bought these for my husband as his hair was starting to thin quite a bit. It has been about 9 weeks and we have noticed his hair is finally coming in thicker! He also claims his facial hair is growing faster and he has to shave more often but says having more hair on his head makes it worth it. After a horrible haircut (asked for a trim and they cut off a lot more) I decided to try a hair vitamin to see if I could get my hair to grow back faster. I opted for Karmin because another popular one was known to cause acne and nausea (no thanks!) It’s been just over two months and I have not had any skin issues nor have I felt sick from these vitamins. All my life I have had thin, fragile hair. I started on Bio+ vitamins a few months ago and am pleased to say, they are working well for me. Even my hairdresser says she noticed a lot of new hair growth. I have had some new length but for now I still keep my hair short as to keep it looking fuller but I am really hoping that eventually I will be able to grow it out and have longer, thicker hair for the first time ever!

I have noticed since I started taking these pills that I have less hair loss when washing or brushing my hair which is exciting as I have relatively thin hair. It's been about 3 weeks so while I cannot say I have noticed much for growth just yet, not having as much hair fall out is reason enough for me to continue on these vitamins.

I made the switch to this brand of hair vitamins after using a previous one for almost a year. While the other product did work as far as hair growth and healthy, it made me breakout quite a bit so I wanted to see if I would have a better experience with this brand. It’s been about 2 months and my skin is clearing up and my hair is still looking and feeling strong and healthy so I will be staying with the Karmin brand for sure. Not sure what was in the last ones but I know I am not the only one who had skin issues on them so if you are, I recommend making the switch to Karmin!
